WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU AS YOUR IMMIGRATION PARTNER

Cost Effective Business Solutions

Experience

Our experience over 15 years in recruitment and immigration spaces is valuable because it shapes who we are, how we operate, and how we approach new situations. It allows us to make informed decisions, adapt to change, and contribute meaningfully to the cause.

Planning

Developing a plan that outlines the steps, timelines, resources, and responsibilities required to reach goals helps us ensure a structured and organised approach to goal attainment.

High Quality

At NZIES we use high quality as a measure of how well something meets or exceeds our standards, expectations, or briefs. When we consider something high quality, it generally possesses attributes that set it apart and make it exceptional in comparison to others.

NZ Based

We are born and bred in New Zealand and understand the New Zealand workforce, immigration and employment markets in a way that can assist your business.

Flexible

We are a small but nimble business that has the ability to adapt, adjust, and respond to changing circumstances, conditions, and customer needs. We have willingness to modify processes or services and navigate challenges effectively. Flexibility to us is crucial for staying relevant and resilient.

Cost Effective

Our approach and solutions provide good balance between the costs incurred and the benefits or value gained. It means achieving a desired outcome or result while optimising the use of resources, such as time, money, and effort.

Key Benefits

No or Little Cost

Our candidates come to us looking for visa processing and a job to do the visa. There are no placement fees for the employer unless they have an agency overseas charging employers for placement. This is usually negotiated to $1500+2% of salary.

Global Reach

We are currently connected to partners in multiple countries.

Visa Application Process

We could have the person available and also able to process the visa application.

Meet Our Goals

We approach tasks, projects, or actions with a strong focus on achieving specific objectives or outcomes. It means that decisions, actions, and efforts are guided by well-defined goals, targets, or desired results. When a business such as us is "goals driven," we prioritise and align our actions with these objectives in order to make progress and achieve success for both us and those we assist.

WHAT WE OFFER

NZIES was founded by our director, Clint, who recognised the need for migrant workers to receive visa advice and the need to connect with employers in New Zealand when they need that visa advice. Clint is a Licensed Immigration Adviser with 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. In 2017, he set up and ran a successful overseas resourcing division for a nationwide agency that still runs today.

At NZIES, we believe that building a successful company and New Zealand economy requires a highly skilled and diverse workforce. We specialise in immigration services designed to help employers like you tap into the global talent pool, enabling your company to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape.

We are not a recruiter and therefore we do not charge placement or visa processing fees to the employer because we are not a recruitment agency. However, in some cases the agency overseas will charge the New Zealand employer for placement. Our team is passionate about helping you achieve your business goals, and we live by the kiwi way of getting things done.

Job Check Tips

Employers are likely cognizant of the delays encountered in the processing of job checks by Immigration New Zealand (INZ). Below are our top five recommendations aimed at guiding employers in ensuring the readiness of their job checks for swift and effective processing by Immigration Officers.

Initiate the Process Well in Advance:

Commence the process with ample lead time, ideally 3-4 months before the anticipated commencement date of the prospective employee, particularly if the role involves labor market testing and advertising.

Assess Your Workforce:

Stay informed about the dynamic immigration landscape by comprehensively understanding your payroll structure, employees' visa statuses, specific work conditions associated with their visas, and visa expiration dates. This knowledge facilitates proactive planning to address forthcoming job check requirements.

Review Documentation:

Conduct a meticulous review to ensure the precision of all documentation during lodgment. Align employment agreements with prevailing legislation and Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) requirements. Confirm that advertising adheres to INZ's policy requirements to mitigate unnecessary delays.

Anticipate Additional Information Requests:

Prepare for potential requests for supplementary information beyond standard documentation. INZ may inquire about organisational charts, migrant settlement support particulars, and ongoing work contracts. The availability of such information expedites the assessment process.

Diversify Strategies beyond the Escalation Process:

Acknowledge the limitations of relying solely on the escalation process for Job Check applications. INZ contends with a substantial weekly volume of requests and can only accommodate a limited number, prioritizing cases involving compelling personal circumstances, humanitarian factors, or matters of national interest. Thus, initiating the process early remains paramount.

In navigating the complexities of the "Job Check," seeking our legal advice, and meticulous planning and preparation are of an additional value. Our experienced team is well-equipped to assist accredited employers in anticipating and addressing potential complications for both the employer and prospective employees. We are here to guide you through this intricate process.
