Variation of Conditions
VOC (variation of conditions) may be possible in some situations. Temporary visas such as work, student or visitor visas are granted with conditions telling you what you are allowed to do while you’re on the visa. These conditions can be things like work in New Zealand in a particular job or studying at a particular education provider. We can access, process and advise on whether this may be an option for you.
PPI Responses
We can help if you or someone you know has received a PPI from INZ. This can be for a number of reasons highlighting the concerns which may negatively affect the outcome of your visa application and the responses are very important.
If you find yourself in a situation with one of these please contact as soon as possible to give us the best amount of time to formulate the response.
Section 61 Requests
This applies if you are unlawfully in New Zealand, and not subject to a deportation order, or otherwise excluded. The objective of this request is to make you lawful again. A decision to grant a visa under section 61 is in the “absolute discretion” of immigration, which makes a decision solely on the basis of the facts available and the submissions provided with the request.
